A Nod to Oregon State, and Slight to Washington
Cristobal certainly likes to dismiss the Washington Huskies. After beating them up in Seattle, Mario followed up the week after by saying that Washington State was more of a rival because of the close battles they’ve had on the field over the years. On Monday, he stated that the Beavers are actually Oregon’s biggest rival.
“I really appreciate the way our guys came out and played hard, and proud of the way that they got it done against our in state and biggest rival. The fans were awesome, and it was great to have Autzen close it out that way for the seniors.”
