A grown man standing 6-2, 198 pounds, Coulter decided to skip his senior year after a 72-catch, 1,039-yard performance for Rhode Island in 2019.
Coulter is more shifty than fast after he ran a 4.45-second 40-yard dash, but he did produce against Power 5 competition, including a nine catch, 152-yard performance against Virginia Tech last year.
