Here are the five highest-graded players for the #Raiders in Week 1 of the preseason

The grades are in and there are several players that had exceptional performances in Week 1 of the preseason for the Las Vegas Raiders. The story of the game was the dominant performance by the offense as they scored 34 points at home.

One of the reasons they had so much success was due to the offensive line as the unit played extremely well from start to finish. Three of their five highest-graded players came from the offensive line and none of the three are projected to be Day 1 starters for Las Vegas.

Here are the five highest-graded players for the Raiders in Week 1 of the preseason via Pro Football Focus:

1. TE Cole Fotheringham – 94.3
2. LG Netane Muti – 94.0
3. QB Aidan O’Connell – 92.3
4. RT Dalton Wagner – 89.3
5. RG Jordan Meredith – 86.1

O’Connell was the second-highest-graded quarterback of the weekend, finishing just behind Matt Barkley of the Buffalo Bills. O’Connell was brilliant in the first half as he had an adjusted completion percentage of 94.4% while averaging nearly eight yards per attempt.

It was a very productive day at the office for the Raiders and the hope is that they can continue the momentum to Week 2 of the preseason when they take on the Los Angeles Rams.
