What if Georgia Tech really is that good?
UCF should be the better, more explosive, and all-around stronger team, but it hasn’t played yet, and the Yellow Jackets just came back from Tallahassee where it pulled off a slight stunner against Florida State.
At home, with an offense that has a bit of a passing game, and a defense that was able to keep what was supposed to be a stronger FSU offense in check, a +240 is a solid value flier.

Texas State played well in the opener against SMU … and lost.
Texas State had UTSA done in a fun game last week … and lost.
Texas State has lost eight of its last ten games and 14 of its last 16 against FBS teams going back to early November of 2018.
ULM suffered the misfortune of dealing with a nasty Army team last week and couldn’t get much of anything going, but don’t be fooled.
This is a good offensive Warhawk team that should be far more dangerous than it was in Week 1. It’s at home, and it’s a +165 against a program it beat 24-14 last year on the road.
