Thomas Blackshear narrowed down his recruitment on Saturday as one of the nation’s top wide receivers is now down to three programs.
On3 ranks Blackshear as a four-star recruit and the No. 229 player in the nation. He is a three-star according to 247Sports and Rivals.
The class of 2024 athlete is 6-foot and 195 pounds. He is a good route runner with speed and a developing frame. Last year as a junior for Calvary Day School (Savannah, Georgia), he had 27 catches for 551 yards with five touchdowns.
The three programs still in it for Blackshear are Florida State, Georgia and Tennessee.

No timetable was released for Blackschear concerning a possible commitment date.
A number of programs made the cutting room floor for Blackshear including Alabama, Auburn, Kentucky, South Carolina, Vanderbilt and Virginia Tech among others.
