4-star linebacker signs with Tennessee

Tennessee Vols football recruiting news during the early signing period.

The early signing period has kicked off and goes through Dec. 18.

Tennessee secured its first signee of the early signing period Wednesday morning.

4-star outside linebacker Aaron Willis signed with the Vols. The 5-foot-11, 207-pound linebacker is from Life Christian Academy in Colonial Heights, Virginia.

Willis is slated to enroll early at the University of Tennessee. 

He committed to the Vols in May over Alabama, LSU, Maryland and other major college football Power Five programs.

The early signing period takes place Dec. 16-18 for the 2021 recruiting class. National signing day is Feb. 3.
