4-star CB A’Mon Lane commmits to Auburn

Big Cat weekend got started with a bang Saturday when four-star cornerback [autotag]A’Mon Lane[/autotag] committed to the Tigers.

Lane is the Tiger’s first commitment of the 2024 recruiting class and is the sixth-straight four-star prospect to commit to Auburn.

The Alabaster, Alabama product is rated as the No. 221 overall player and No. 26 cornerback n the 247Sports composite ranking. He is also the No. 11 player from the state of Alabama in the 2024 class.

Lane is a proven winner at the high school level, winning three-straight state championships at Thompson high school before transferring to Moody high school when his dad became their head coach this offseason.

The 5-foot-11 and 180-pound Lane is a great get for Auburn this early in the 2024 cycle. He will be an active recruiter who will attempt to bring other elite prospects to the Plains with him.
