49ers maintain division lead NFC West goes 3-1 in Week 4

The NFC West went 3-1 in Week 4 and the 49ers maintain an undefeated record at the top of the division.

The NFC West stood out in Week 4, with three of the four teams picking up wins. The only team not to win was the Arizona Cardinals, who lost to the division-leading San Francisco 49ers.

After four weeks, the 49ers maintain their lead in the West.

Here are the division standings entering Week 5:

  1. San Francisco 49ers, 4-0 (2-0 NFC West)
  2. Seattle Seahawks, 3-1 (0-1 NFC West)
  3. Los Angeles Rams, 2-2 (1-1 NFC West)
  4. Arizona Cardinals. 1-3 (0-1 NFC West)
