San Francisco 49ers first-round pick WR Ricky Pearsall is in stable condition after being shot in the arm during a robbery attempt on Saturday.
According to reports, Pearsall was going to a signing event when someone trying to rob him of his Rolex.
UPDATE: 49ers WR Ricky Pearsall is stable and gave report to police. He was shot through his arm. It’s called a through and through. Confirmed, Pearsall is okay.

Per SFPD: 49ers Ricky Pearsall was shot in San Francisco. Robbery gone bad. Pearsall was going to a signing on Geary/Market, got robbed, and struggle for the gun. Both Ricky and suspect shot. Both parties at SF General Hospital. Stable. Shot through chest over Rolex.

The Mayor of San Francisco confirmed the shooting.
This afternoon, there was an attempted robbery in Union Square involving San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Ricky Pearsall and he was shot.
SFPD was on scene immediately and an arrest of the shooter was made.
