Nick Bosa didn’t come out for the 49ers defense in the second half. He’s being evaluated for a concussion after taking a shot to the head from fellow defensive lineman DJ Jones.
Bosa was turning the corner late in the second quarter while rushing the quarterback and fell into Jones who was coming from the other side. He eventually walked off the field under his own power, but left early for the locker room.
