We hope you are having a great weekend. Plenty of UCLA Bruins news around the clock. Today though, we want to celebrate being under 7 weeks left until the Bruins and Hawaii finish up the month of August.
Today, we want to celebrate with the 48 on the Bruins jersey. That player is Joquarri Price. The 6’2, 225lbs defensive lineman is from Mesa Arizona. He played his high school football at Desert Ridge.
He played in 12 games last season, missing the Coastal Carolina game. That came after he did not play during the 2022 season. The coaching staff is excited to see Price work this summer and see where the chips fall with his ability to be on the field.
Here is a throwback all the way to 2019 when Price committed to the UCLA Bruins:

Price was part of the UCLA Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the fall of 2022. He is going to major in sociology.
