The NFL is built around quarterbacks, and it would be another step into the future with Deshaun Watson going against Lamar Jackson. Schedule makers, league officials, and network executives would hope for a more evenly matched result in 2020 rather than the lopsided 41-7 Baltimore win in Week 11.
Optimal viewing: Week 8, Thursday Night Football, NRG Stadium. It is perfect fodder for programming on NFL Network. At that point in the season, the Texans and Ravens can get the Thursday nighter out of the way and focus on a more regular schedule for 2020.
