2. Eli Manning (1-3 vs. the Jaguars)
Whether you dispute his credentials or not, there is no question that New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning has proven to be a winner in his 16 seasons in the NFL.
While Manning’s career has come under much scrutiny, he owns two Super Bowl victories in 2007 and 2011. He would also be awarded the Super Bowl MVP from both of those years.
While his overall quarterback record sits at a peculiar 117-117, Manning also owns a less than stellar record against the Jaguars going 1-3 in his career. His last victory against the Cardiac Cats occurred almost a decade ago as the Giants defeated the Jaguars by a score of 24-20 in a Week 11 matchup back in 2010. The Jaguars have won the last two games against Eli Manning with their last victory coming in the 2018 season where the Jags would defeat the G-Men by a score of 20-15 in their Week 1.
Manning’s Hall of Fame qualifications has been a hotly contested topic lately. Whether he makes it in or not, he has had a long, productive career and the fact that the Jaguars have had the upper hand on a possible Hall-of-Fame quarterback is definitely something that they can confidently take in pride.
