Some NFL fans are going to have their fair share of primetime games this season.
Four NFL fan bases will have to keep all their Sunday afternoons open right now, as they have no primetime games on a Thursday, Sunday or Monday.
Right now, the Arizona Cardinals, the Atlanta Falcons, the Houston Texans and the Indianapolis Colts have no games scheduled at night in primetime.
In contrast, the Kansas City Chiefs, the Los Angeles Chargers, the Buffalo Bills and the Dallas Cowboys have six primetime games a piece.
NFL schedule makers clearly have no faith in Arizona, Atlanta, Houston or Indianapolis to be very good this year.

Perhaps it’s those four teams’ quarterback situations that have scared off primetime opportunities.
The Cardinals will probably be without quarterback Kyler Murray to start the year, and the Falcons, Texans and Colts have unproven players at the position in Desmond Ridder, C.J. Stroud and Anthony Richardson, respectively.
No matter the reasoning, these four teams, at least for now, will have to hope for primetime opportunities next season.
