Lawrence is the uber talented safety transfer from Tennessee. While he has yet to break the starting rotation, it’s important to note he’s seeing the field more and more. He dropped what would’ve been his first interception against Kansas State.
With his emergence and the recent rash of unfortunate injuries to Delarrin Turner-Yell, Lawrence continuing to emerge means more and more. Grinch is beginning to trust him more and more. Look for him to play in this game and make an impact.
