LB Danny Stutsman
Danny Stutsman provided a huge morale boost when he came back from an elbow injury last week in the Red River Showdown. He also is a pretty good linebacker despite just being a true freshmen.
He’s athletic enough to run sideline to sideline but smart enough to maintain gap integrity. With the quality of these two running backs TCU deploys, Stutsman will be key.
The athletic ability is evident but as he gets older and continues to get more snaps it’s imperative that he continues to develop the mental side of his game.
If he’s able to provide Brian Asamoah, David Ugwoegbu, and DaShaun White with some rest and play quality snaps, OU should feel confident about their ability to win this game.
