4 big things to like from Packers’ primetime win over Bears

The special teams were an unmitigated disaster, but the Packers were still impressive in four big ways on Sunday night against the Bears.

The Green Bay Packers started slow, gave up big plays in the first half and were nothing short of terrible on special teams, but there was still a lot to like coming out of Sunday night’s 45-30 win over the Chicago Bears at Lambeau Field.

Matt LaFleur’s team keeps proving to be tough, deep and resilient, three hallmarks of championship-caliber clubs. Despite falling behind 10-0 and 24-14 in the first half, the Packers rallied and eventually cruised to a 15-point win, using a dominant start to the second half to rough up their rivals and sweep the season series.

Obviously, the special teams need to get fixed before January, but the Packers keep overcoming injuries and in-game hurdles and winning games by imposing their will as a great overall football team.
