Under 40 days until the start of UCLA Bruins football. We cannot wait. We move along to Tuesday, July 23rd. Today, we want to celebrate a pair of players on the 2024 UCLA football roster.
1st is redshirt senior kicker Blake Glessner. The Washington native started his career at Montana State, before enrolling at UCLA in 2023. He appeared in all 13 games last season, most notably kicking a 35-yard field goal in the win over USC. Glessner is the lead candidate to be the starting kicker in 2024.

Next is redshirt freshman defensive back RJ Jones. Jones is a 6’0 200lbs stud from Pasadena. After playing at St. John Bosco High School, he played one game in 2023 before redshirting. He came to UCLA as a three-star recruit. Jones is going to start the season behind Devin Kirkwood and Kanye Clark at the RCB spot for the Bruins.
