37 Days (and counting) until UCLA Football 2024 kickoff

3.7.

As the Big Ten media day wraps up in Indianapolis, things are starting to get real about the UCLA Bruins and their first season as members of the Big Ten Conference.

We are down to 37 days until the start of the Bruins football season. Today, we want to celebrate a pair of number 37’s on the Bruins roster:

Joshua Dixon is a 6’0, 190, redshirt freshman out of Van Nuys California. He played his high school football at Harvard-Westlake School. Dixon enrolled at UCLA in the summer of 2023 and did not see any game action a season ago. He is thrilled to get on the field for the first time in a game with the Bruins. His grandfather, Daniel Rosado is a former UCLA alum.

David Dellenbach also wears 37. He is a freshman from Park City Utah. In high school, he hit a 58-yard field goal.  After playing his high school football at Park City High School, the 6’2, 180 freshman will be part of Coach Foster’s team.

Both players are going to have to work this summer to get an opportunity on the Bruins roster. Dixon is behind several talented defensive backs for the Bruins. Dellenbach will be ready behind Blake Glessner and Mateen Bhaghani, as the kickers.
