35 Cardinals who are a lock to make the final roster

Jonathan Gannon said it’s impossible to pencil in 53 players for the final roster right but, but we can consider these 35 players as locks.

With the beginning of training camp for the Arizona Cardinals, roster battles and position battles officially begin. While head coach Jonathan Gannon said on Wednesday that, because of the talent on the roster, it is impossible even start to pencil in who might make the final 53-man roster.

The Cardinals spent the offseason adding talent in the draft and free agency, bolstering the defense and adding weapons on offense.

While perhaps we can’t make accurate 53-man roster projections now (although we will), there are many players who are basic locks to make the final roster.

Of the 90 players currently on the roster, 35 are all but certain to make the team.
