The UCLA Football Bruins are less than a month away from the start of the 2024 season. The hard work will get going, and Coach Foster and the boys are ready to get going. With 30 days to go, we will highlight the 30 on the roster.
That is Joseph Vaughn, a 6’3, 238 redshirt senior linebacker. Vaughn played his high school football at Archbishop Mitty High School. He is from San Jose California.
Vaughn enrolled at UCLA in January, after playing at Yale. He played in 10 games for the Ivy League champions and was named to the first team All Ivy League team.

There will be some big-time competition at the linebacker spot for Coach Foster and the Bruins. Kain Medrano and Jalen Woods appear to be on one side of the ball. While Oluwafemi Oladejo, JonJon Vaughns and Ale Kaho on the other. They are all going to be tough to take over for playing time. That’s a good problem to have for the Bruins and their defensive unit.
