The trade deadline for the 2023-24 NBA season is Feb. 8 and with that date less than one month away, the pressure is starting to mount on some teams to make moves. For teams like the Brooklyn Nets, that deadline represents how much time they have to make a choice on their future given where the season is heading.
The Nets have won just four of its last 16 games and while two of those wins were against the Phoenix Suns and the Oklahoma City thunder, those victories seem like outliers. The other two victories were against the lowly Detroit Pistons and Brooklyn made those wins seems too close for comfort until the end.
