With the Golden State Warriors riding a four-game losing streak, Steph Curry provided a much-needed boost in his return to action against the Chicago Bulls on Monday night. Following a five-game absence due to a tailbone contusion, the seven-time All-Star recorded a game-high 32 points on 11-of-24 shooting from the field to lead the Warriors to a 116-102 win over the Bulls.
While he looked like he was dealing with pain from his tailbone injury at times, Curry showed little signs of rust, drilling six triples on 14 attempts from beyond the arc. The two-time Most Valuable Player added six assists, five rebounds and a steal in 30 minutes against the Bulls.

Alongside Curry in the backcourt, Kelly Oubre Jr. notched a double-double performance with 18 points on 8-of-19 shooting from the floor with 11 crucial rebounds in 36 minutes.
After sealing a losing streak snapping victory, the Warriors will get two days off before opening a three-game road swing that starts in Miami on Thursday.

Draymond Green
Following a scoreless performance with zero field goal attempts against the Atlanta Hawks on Friday, Draymond Green bounced back on offense against the Bulls. Green scored 11 points on 4-of-7 shooting from the field in 34 minutes against the Bulls on Monday.
Three of Green’s points came on a rare long-distance triple. With seconds ticking away on the shot clock, Green launched a deep 3-pointer that swished through the bottom of the net before the buzzer. The former Defensive Player of the Year dropped in three triples on five attempts from beyond the arc against the Bulls.

Along with his double-figure scoring effort, Green added nine assists and five rebounds.
James Wiseman
Following Chicago’s blockbuster trade on deadline day, James Wiseman met with All-Star big Nikola Vucevic on Monday night. Although Vucevic scored 21 points for the Bulls, the 2020 second overall pick played him tough.
On top of registering 12 points on 6-of-8 shooting from the floor and five boards, Wiseman made an impact on the defensive side of the hardwood. The 19-year-old swiped a career-best four blocks in 28 minutes against the Bulls.
In the first quarter, Wiseman connected with Curry for a highlight-worthy lob dunk.

Containing Zach LaVine
To snap their losing streak, the Warriors needed to keep pace with Chicago’s Zach LaVine. The All-Star guard is averaging a career-best 27.9 points on 51.8% shooting from the field. Yet, on Monday night, the Warriors were able to contain the explosive guard.
LaVine tallied only 12 points on 4-of-16 from the field and 1-of-7 from long distance in 32 minutes. LaVine’s performance against Golden Stats was his lowest scoring total since Jan. 17 against the Dallas Mavericks.
