When one considers the fact that Dragic, a former All-Star, is 33-years old and is entering the twilight of his career, one can probably figure that he will accept lesser money in free agency to join a contender like Philadelphia. Unless the Miami Heat make a deep run into the playoffs whenever the season resumes, Dragic will likely want to join a legitimate contender.

He has been coming off the bench all season in Miami and is averaging 16.1 points and 5.1 assists while shooting 37.7% from deep. Granted, he is averaging 28.4 minutes per game, but that says that he can still play big minutes when called upon and he can play in tandem with Ben Simmons while also backing him up.
