Many have pinned them to Jeremiah Owusu-Karamoah of Notre Dame, but they could always pass on him and fill the need with an athletic option in Cox.
The Raiders don’t exactly have “athletic” linebackers currently on roster, so they stand to improve their defense significantly by adding one that fits that description.
