Happy Hump Day, Bruins fans! We are down to just 3 days until the start of the UCLA Bruins 2024 season. It has been a long wait, but here we are. Coach Foster and his staff are getting the final touches ready for the season.
With 3 days to go, we have a pair of 3’s on the 2024 roster. Let’s celebrate them!
The first is Kwazai Gilmer. He is a 6’2, 180lbs freshman out of Los Angeles. He attended Sierra Canyon High School. He enrolled with the Bruins in January and earned a spot on the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for Winter 2024. In High School, he picked up 35 receptions for 553 yards and six touchdowns.
Next is Devin Kirkwood. The 6’3, 205lbs senior is out of Inglewood California. He went to Junipero Serra High School and is a member of the linebackers squad. He has been with the Bruins since 2021. Last season he started 3 games and played all 13. He had seven games with multiple tackles on the season. He helped in the LA Bowl with a big third down stop against Boise State.
