Tristan Wirfs, OL, Iowa

Tristan Wirfs’ athleticism was well documented before the Combine but it was nice to see him confirm it anyway. He was able to set the record for offensive lineman in the vert jump (36.5-inches) and tied the record in the broad jump, registering a 10-foot-1. If that doesn’t scream explosive, I don’t know what does.

While he’s played offensive tackle in college, a lot of scouts project Wirfs to be a Pro Bowl caliber guard in the future. With A.J. Cann and Andrew Norwell not meeting expectations at guard, drafting Wirfs should definitely be on the table for Jacksonville as Pro Football Focus graded their offensive line poorly at the end of the year (No. 26).
