2026 wide receiver Tyran Evans commits to Tennessee

Tennessee football receives commitment from 2026 wide receiver.

2026 wide receiver prospect Tyran Evans committed to Tennessee.

“Home sweet home to me,” Evans announced.

The 6-foot-3, 170-pound three-star wide receiver is from William Amos Hough High School in Cornelius,, North Carolina.

Evans ranks No. 508 nationally in the 247Sports Composite for the class of 2026. He also ranks as the No. 78 wide receiver and No. 24 prospect in North Carolina.

The Vols offered Evans a scholarship on Nov. 5. He unofficially visited Tennessee on Nov. 23 and Dec. 14.

Tennessee has seven commitments in its 2026 recruiting class: Quarterback Faizon Brandon, tight end Carson Sneed, offensive lineman Brandon Anderson, defensive lineman Tyson Bacon, wide receiver Tyreek King, linebacker Braylon Outlaw and Evans.
