2026 4-star DL out of Arlington (TX) will visit Texas A&M next weekend

Add 2026 4-star DL Jesse Ford to next weekend’s dense visitors list

Texas A&M’s 2024 season opener vs. Notre Dame is just five days away. New head coach Mike Elko’s inaugural campaign has many 2026 recruiting class prospects excited for what the program will look like under his leadership.

While the list is long, five future visitors have been announced as 4-star wide receivers Brayden Robinson and Aaron Gregory, 5-star athlete Brandon Arrington, and 4-star DL Jamarion Carlton join 4-star DL Jesse Ford out of Arlington, Texas, who recently College Station earlier this year.

Ford has been on Texas A&M’s radar since last summer before former head coach Jimbo Fisher’s final season, knowing his potential before his breakout 2023 campaign.

Standing 6’4″ and 235 pounds, Ford possesses the versatility, twitchy athleticism, and strength to play in any scheme. He thrives as a 3-4 defensive end and 4-3 defensive tackle while producing 40 tackles, 12.5 tackles, and seven sacks during his sophomore campaign.

According to 247Sports Composite, Ford is currently positioned as the 121st-ranked prospect, the 10th-ranked defensive line prospect, and the 14th-ranked prospect in Texas.
