Four-star running back Gideon Davidson of Lynchburg (Virginia) Liberty Christian Academy has narrowed his list to 10 schools. The USC Trojans made that first cut line.
The four-star running back discussed his relationship with USC:
“The Trojan history of great running backs is crazy good,” Davidson said. “Last week I talked with coach Riley, wow, he is one of the best and most creative offensive coaches in the country. To play there would be special.”
The Trojans made the list along with Ohio State, Clemson, Michigan, Notre Dame, Tennessee, Oregon, Penn State, Colorado and Iowa State.
The 6-0, 190-pound sophomore rand for 1,241 rushing yards and 19 touchdowns while averaging 11.1 yards per carry. He was also named to MaxPreps Sophomore All-American team.
