Surprise! Mike Elko and wide receiver coach Holmon Wiggins were able to close the deal on 5-star WR out of Draper, UT. Jerome Myles de-committed from USC at the beginning of the week and announced that he would not be signing during the early signed period.
This is like an early Christmas present for a recruiting team, especially after a season in which the passing game had plenty of problems, stemming from bad play calls to receivers not being able to get open. He will come into Aggieland as the No. 1 ranked player in Utah and 30th in the nation.
He has all the tools to be a starter early in the A&M career physically standing 6’2″ at 210 pounds with track speed on the football field. He was named to 247Sports’ 2025 Freaks List. There is a lot of upside and if he can have a few successful seasons, it can do wonders for recruiting for the position in the future.
