Everything is bigger in the Lone Star State and the Texas A&M offensive line just got bigger. O-line Adam Cushing’s persistence paid off they were able to flip 5-star OL Lamont Rogers out of Mesquite, TX.
The mountain of a high schooler de-committed from Missouri briefly re-opening his recruitment. It didn’t take long as a few days later he announced his intent to sign with the Aggies and did just that on early signing day. With how improved the A&M OL looked this year compared to the last few it no doubt caught the eye of Rogers.
The multi-sport athlete also excelled on the basketball court where his 6’6″ and 330lb frame helped him dominate around the rim. He is 247Sports No. 5 OT in the class with an NFL build that also showed off his athletic ability serving as goalie for his high school soccer team. The sky is the limit for Rogers and A&M will get him there.
