2025 four-star Kelvion Riggins is coming off a visit to College Station during Texas A&M’s junior day last weekend. By all accounts, it was successful, as one of the longstanding 2025 prospects connected with the Aggies for the last year is reportedly nearing a decision.
On Saturday night, Riggins released a message on X stating, “Commitment coming soon,” and according to Rivals’ Mark Passwaters. he is trending towards committing to the Aggies over the likes of Texas, Oklahoma, and Georgia.
According to 247Sports Composite, Riggins is currently positioned as the 22nd-ranked linebacker prospect and the 32nd-ranked player in Texas.
Already several weeks into his junior season at Forney High School (TX), fresh off his impressive 2022 sophomore campaign, where he compiled 55 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, and 4.5 sacks while exhibiting great instincts during his dropback reps and sideline-to-sideline ability as an inside linebacker.

Riggins visited this summer during the Aggies’ annual recruiting pool party on July 31 and may have planted the seeds for what’s to come this week.
