The San Francisco 49ers are coming off their 2nd Super Bowl appearance in 5 years, losing to the Kansas City Chiefs. Entering 2024, they seek their 3rd straight division title and 4th straight playoff berth, and they’re a favorite to win the Super Bowl.

Below, we look at the San Francisco 49ers’ 2024 NFL Super Bowl odds from FanDuel Sportsbook along with projected win total, playoff, conference and division odds as we make our best NFL picks and predictions.

The offensive core of the 49ers remains the same. While there have been trade rumors about WR Brandon Aiyuk, QB Brock Purdy is still the quarterback, they still have a solid offensive line, and they have RB Christian McCaffrey, WR Deebo Samuel and TE George Kittle.

Meanwhile, they still have DE Nick Bosa and LB Fred Warner on defense. LB Dre Greenlaw will miss significant time this season after tearing his Achilles in the Super Bowl.

In free agency, they lost DL Arik Armstead and DL Javon Kinlaw, although they acquired DL Maliek Collins via trade. Backup QB Sam Darnold was replaced by backup QB Josh Dobbs. They signed DE Leonard Floyd, LB De’Vondre Campbell and DT Jordan Elliott.

In the NFL draft, they added WR Ricky Pearsall (Florida) in the 1st round and CB Renardo Green (Florida State) in the 2nd.

49ers over/under win total

Odds provided by FanDuel Sportsbook– last updated May 18 at 2:10 a.m. ET; access USA TODAY Sports Scores and Sports Betting Odds hub for a full list.

  • 11.5 wins: (Over: +100 | Under: -122)

The Niners have had 12 or more wins each of the last 2 seasons. They play a tough schedule, but this is expected to be a Super Bowl-caliber team. To win the NFC West, it will take 11 or 12 wins, so it will come down to whether you think they win only 11 or surpass that.

This projection is set perfectly to make it a tough call.

LEAN OVER 11.5 (+100).

49ers Super Bowl odds

  • +550 (bet $100 to win $550)

The 49ers are the favorites in the league to win the Super Bowl, followed by the Kansas City Chiefs, the reigning world champs who beat the Niners in the last big game, at +600.

At +550, they have 15.38% implied odds of winning the Super Bowl or 11/2 fractional odds.

Their offense is loaded. They have one of the best pass rushers on defense, one of the best interior defenders in DT Javon Hargrave, one of the best linebackers in Warner, and a solid secondary led by CB Charvarius Ward.

They are as good a bet as favorites as you can get.

BET 49ERS (+550).

Will nickname make the playoffs?

  • Yes -420 | No +310

The Niners have been to the postseason 3 straight seasons and in 4 of the last 5. They are still roughly the same team they were, especially offensively. They should make the postseason.

However, you don’t make bets at -420 because the payout is almost nothing.

PASS.

Odds to win NFC West Division

  • 49ers -195 (bet $195 to win $100)
  • Rams +330 (bet $100 to win $330)
  • Seahawks +750 (bet $100 to win $750)
  • Cardinals +1200 (bet $100 to win $2,400)

At -195 odds, they have 66.1% implied odds of winning the NFC West or 20/39 fractional odds.

They have won 2 straight division titles and 3 in the last 5 years.

The Rams could be in the mix, but the Seahawks have a rookie coach and the Cardinals only won 4 games last season.

But, again, with -195 odds, that’s not a bet you make because the payoff isn’t worth it.

Nickname odds to win NFC

  • +250 (bet $100 to win $250)

The Niners, being the favorites to win the Super Bowl, are naturally the favorites to win the NFC.

They have been to the NFC Championship Game 2 straight years. Offensively, they still should be great.

The Lions, Packers and Eagles are looming, but the Niners are absolutely worth a bet here.

BACK 49ERS TO WIN NFC (+250).
