Alabama and Tennessee will meet in the opening game of the Women’s College World Series on Thursday afternoon from Oklahoma City.

The Women’s College World Series is all set to commence at the OGE Energy Field in Oklahoma City, with Alabama and Tennessee preparing to face off in the opening game of this year’s tournament.

Alabama (45-20) is making its 14th appearance at the WCWS, reaching this stage with a super-regional victory over Northwestern, while Tennessee (49-8) will be making their eighth WCWS appearance, and their first since 2015, after sweeping Texas in the super regionals.
