2023 wideout recruit projected to Tigers

Auburn has done particularly well recruiting wideouts in the 2023 class.

Another four-star wide receiver could be committing to the Plains soon.

Adam Hopkins, a wideout out of Thomasville, Georgia, was projected by three different 247Sports analysts on the website’s “Crystal Ball” to commit to the Tigers. Hopkins hasn’t narrowed down a list of schools yet, but he is “warm” on Arkansas, Texas A&M and Auburn according to the website.

The Tigers could certainly use Hopkins’ services. Auburn currently has the 60th-ranked recruiting class for 2023, so any incoming four-star recruits would boost those numbers. The team has definitely been doing well on wide receivers, however, netting two four-stars in Karmello English and Daquayvious Sorey thus far in the 2023 class.

Hopkins plays both sides of the ball in high school but will play wide receiver at the next level in college. He’s currently scheduled to take an official visit to Auburn on Sept. 10, when the Tigers face off against the San Jose State Spartans.
