After going 14-3 and getting to the Super Bowl in 2022, the Philadelphia Eagles did not have much to address in the offseason.
After losing Javon Hargrave to the San Francisco 49ers, the Eagles drafted Jalen Carter and Nolan Smith to help deepen the defensive line.
With safety depth an issue, the Eagles also drafted Sidney Brown, the hard-hitting safety from Illinois to come in and take over the position, hopefully for many years to come. After a superb 2022, the Eagles have reloaded and are ready to go again in 2023.

The Philadelphia Eagles have reloaded this season. In a down NFC, the Over for this team should not be as low as it is. After winning 14 games in 2022, having a number of 10.5 this season is a bit ridiculous. But so are the odds given at -158.
While this is a number Philadelphia should easily hit, taking it at such high odds is not recommended.

After making it to the Super Bowl in 2022, the Eagles come into this season with the 2nd-best odds to win it in Las Vegas. The only team ahead of the Eagles in odds are the defending champion Kansas City Chiefs.
A Super Bowl letdown could be expected from the Eagles. But the leadership shown by QB Jalen Hurts will keep this team in contention. The Eagles are the clear favorites to repeat as conference champions. The question is can they finally beat the Chiefs under Andy Reid. They have failed to do so to this point, and it will be a difficult matchup if the teams meet up again.
