The Indianapolis Colts traded the No. 35 pick to the Las Vegas Raiders for the Nos. 38 and 141 overall picks in the 2023 NFL draft.
A move that was widely expected, general manager Chris Ballard was able to move back three spots and add an extra fifth-round pick, which now gives them four total selections in that round.

It’s a near-perfect trade. According to the Rich Hill trade value chart, the No. 35 pick is valued at 170 while the Nos. 38 and 141 picks are valued at 171.
