The 2023 NBA draft lottery is over and the Oklahoma City Thunder landed at the No. 12 spot.
This shouldn’t be a shocker to anybody. The Thunder entered the lottery with an 85.2% chance of landing at the 12th spot. The Thunder now get an opportunity to add an additional lottery talent to their young core.
The Thunder also had the No. 12 pick in last year’s class and seleced Jalen Williams with it.
Meanwhile, the San Antonio Spurs won the Victor Wembanyama sweepstake, landing the first pick. The French phenom will likely begin his NBA career with the Spurs.
