Brooks Koepka, who opened at +3300 to win, is currently at 13-under-par and will take a 4-stroke lead into Sunday at Augusta National (7,545 yards, par 72). Koepka is the No. 175 player in the Golfweek/Sagarin rankings.

Pre-tournament co-favorite Rory McIlroy (+700 before the opening round) missed the cut after shooting rounds of 72-77. Defending champion and co-favorite Scottie Scheffler, who won at 10-under 278, is tied for 14th place at 3-under after shooting 68-75 with a 2-under 3rd round through 12 holes. He’s now at +10000 to win.

Jon Rahm (-160)

Golfweek’s No. 1 player, who opened at +900 to win, starts 4 shots back in 2nd place at 9-under. He’s 1-over through 6 holes in the 3rd round after shooting 65-69.

2023 Masters – In the hunt

Here are 3 players to watch as they try to chase down the Koepka in the 3rd round (8:30-11:30 a.m. ET CBS) before the final round starts (2-7 p.m. ET CBS). We could be looking at the rare Monday finish for the Masters.

Patrick Cantlay (+3300): Golfweek’s No. 7 player starts tied for 4th place 8 shots back at 5-under. He’s 3-under through 13 in round 3 after consecutive rounds of 71. He opened at +1800.

Viktor Hovland (+2800): He also starts tied for 4th place 8 shots back at 5-under after rounds of 65-73 and 1-over through 7 holes in round 3. Golfweek’s No. 12 player opened at +3300.

Sam Bennett (+12500): The 23-year-old starts in 3rd place 7 shots back at 6-under after rounds of 68-68. Golfweek’s No. 1-ranked amateur opened at +75000.

2023 Masters – Props update

Before the tournament started, we mentioned a few prop bets worth considering a play on. Let’s take a look at 3 of them.

Xander Schauffele (+350 to make top 5): Currently tied for 17th place at 2-under with rounds of 68-74 and even-par through 12 holes in 3rd round.

Collin Morikawa (+200 to make top 10): Starts tied for  4th place at 5-under after rounds of 69-69 and 1-over through 7 holes in round 3.

Tiger Woods (+175 to make top 20): Starts in 54th place (last) at 9-over after rounds of 74-73 and +6 through 7 holes in round 3.
