Alex Smalley (+500)
The 26-year-old pro from Rochester, N.Y. and out of Duke University, who opened at +3300 to win, shot a 9-under 62 Saturday to go with a 66-70 and will start tied for 2nd at 15-under. The No. 81 player in Golfweek’s ratings will try for his 1st career title in his 62nd tour event.
