The Vols offered 2022 defensive back prospect Miguel Mitchell on Jan. 6.
The 6-foot-1, 205-pound safety is from Oxford High School in Oxford, Alabama.
Mitchell announced Tennessee and Florida are his top-2 schools Thursday.
National signing day will take place Feb. 2.
The Vols signed 20 players during the early signing period in December.
