2022 running back and former Air Force commit announces opportunity to play at Tennessee.

2022 running back prospect Jamar Price announced he has received an opportunity to play at Tennessee.

“After a great visit I’m blessed to receive a PWO offer to the University of Tennessee Knoxville,” Price announced. “Go Vols!”

The 6-foot-1, 210-pound Price is from Providence High School in Charlotte, North Carolina.

He committed to Air Force on July 1, 2021. Price announced Jan. 24 he is no longer committed to Air Force.

“I am thankful over the last six months to have had the opportunity to meet some great coaches, players and to learn more about the United States Air Force Academy and how I can serve my Country,” Price said. “It would have been a great honor to be part of something that is bigger than me. Unfortunately, my eczema disqualifies me from attending the Air Force Academy.”
