2022 NFL training camp locations and start dates for all 32 teams

When does each team kick off its push to the Super Bowl … and where?

The 2022 NFL offseason is nearly over. In just a month’s time — by July 26 — all 32 teams will have convened their preseason training camps.

These training camps are the first major step toward a Super Bowl. While franchises have flirted with low-impact official team activities late this spring and early in the summer, the beginning of training camp marks the start of a grueling push toward opening night. These are the practices that will determine depth charts and separate main roster standbys from practice squad fodder.

Some teams will have their rookie class working out up to a week early in order to help them adjust to the pro game before the veterans come. Others will have everyone show up at once to see whether their newcomers sink or swim. No one will get an earlier start than the Las Vegas Raiders and new head coach Josh McDaniels, who’ll open camp July 20 thanks to their spot in the preseason-opening Hall of Fame Game. Their opponent, the Jacksonville Jaguars, open practice July 24.

Here’s when all 32 teams will officially kick off training camp and where they can be found. All data comes from the NFL’s communications department.
