There have been plenty of fans and pundits who have expressed concern over the Minnesota Vikings 2022 draft class. It’s hard to say they are busts after only one game into their second season, but it’s time to truly be concerned.
The Vikings saw only Ed Ingram and Akayleb Evans as starters on Sunday. Lewis Cine and Andrew Booth Jr. both played, but only on special teams, Brian Asamoah II was on defense for only two snaps, and Ty Chandler got a few carries and a reception.
Getting such minimal production in year two of a draft class is a major red flag on general manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah’s ability to scout and make decisions.
Along with that, what rookies from 2023 stood out in a big way? They did a really solid job overall but how did they look?
The show finishes off with more discussion about the college quarterback class. They continue to have really good weeks and it looks good for the Vikings to potentially get one in April.
