The effects of the coronavirus have slowed down the sports world, but that does not mean that the Alabama coaching staff isn’t continuing to work on recruiting.
On Monday night, 2021 three-star wide receiver Malik McClain announced via his Twitter account that he had received an offer from the Crimson Tide:

According to the 247Sports composite rankings, McClain, who is now at IMG Academy in Bradenton (Fla.), is rated as the No. 618 overall player, No. 93 wide receiver and No. 89 player from the state of Florida.
Expect the towering 6-foot-5, 195-pound receiver to climb those rankings in the near future, however.
McClain possesses top-notch length and leaping ability which could help him emerge as an ideal red zone threat who can go up and win 50-50 matchups.
In addition to his offer from Alabama, McClain also has other SEC programs such as Arkansas, Kentucky, Ole Miss and Texas A&M after him as well. Do not be surprised if that offer list grows in the coming weeks or months, either.
