The 121st United States Open Championship has concluded at Torrey Pines (South) in San Diego, California.
Former Tennessee Volunteer golfer Rick Lamb was part of the 2021 player field.
Lamb finished even after first round play. The former Vol was +4 in the second round and made the cut.
The former Vol shot a 74 in the third round and 71 on the final day. He finished +7 for the tournament and tied for 46th.
Lamb, a native of South Bend, Indiana, began his collegiate career at Santa Clara University before transferring to play for the Volunteers.
He played high school golf at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida.
Lamb won three events while playing for the Vols and finished tied for second at the 2013 NCAA Division I national championship.
