The 2021 recruiting cycle has come to an end as the second and final signing period opened on Wednesday.
Here is how the top-10 recruiting classes ranked according to both 247Sports and Rivals graded the classes 1-10 as Notre Dame appeared in both.

So Notre Dame and their 27 commitments make the top-10 of both rankings, albeit barely doing so.
It wasn’t where Notre Dame fans had hoped to finish after their fast start but after some of the struggles in the early days of COVID-19 it’s also better than it appeared to be headed, too.
