While the 2021-22 full regular-season schedule has been released and it is time for the predictions to come pouring in, there cannot be a regular season without a preseason. The time where teams begin to prepare and get ready for the real games.
The Philadelphia 76ers will be looking to get ready for what they hope will be a very successful season that ends with them hoisting the Larry O’Brien trophy.
The preseason for the Sixers will begin on Oct. 5 when they take on the Toronto Raptors up in Canada. The Raptors had to spend the 2020-21 season playing in Tampa, Florida due to Canada closing their borders to the United States because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
They will then host the Charlotte Hornets and the Brooklyn Nets before finishing up the preseason schedule against the Detroit Pistons on the road. They will then begin the season on Oct. 20 at the New Orleans Pelicans.
