Breshad Perriman
Breshad Perriman has had a rough go of it since being drafted with the No. 26 overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft by the Baltimore Ravens thanks to injuries and inconsistency.
However, the 26-year-old speedster might have finally hit his stride with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers late in the 2019 season, and as a result he could command the biggest payday of any player on this list.
Perriman posted career-highs in receptions (69) and yards (645), and he also finished the season strong, recording three 100-yard games in his final three contests.
Perriman has the speed to be the burner the Titans need, but he also has the size to be a quality outside receiver for Tennessee in 2021 should Corey Davis no longer be with the team.
